I am passionate about the development of people, in particular developing the next generation of senior leaders. Drawing on over 20 years of extensive experience of working at a senior level in highly complex organisations, I have developed a particular specialism in designing and delivering high quality bespoke solutions to help individuals, teams and organisations go from good to great. The initiatives I have introduced have seen my corporate clients achieve Investor in People status, listings in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work for and the National Skills Agency Top 100 Employers of Apprenticeships, and my individual client’s career opportunities of their choice.
I am a ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor as well as a qualified trainer and workplace mediator; I am also a licensed user of a range of psychometric tools and personality inventories including Belbin, Hogan and MBTI.
My approach draws heavily on my varied experience and I am passionate about supporting and encouraging individuals to develop their careers further and organisations to maximise their potential through their people. My style is to develop an open and honest relationship where individuals and organisations feel challenged to think differently, have the opportunity to reflect and feel confident, motivated and committed to move forward and achieve their objectives.
I am also a Trustee of Deafkidz International which works to ensure every deaf child lives in a safe, caring and supportive environment, free from poverty, violence and exploitation.
